Project Overview

The Raymond Dining Hall project will be accomplished in two phases.  The first phase, to be completed during the Spring/Summer of 2021, would include all work in support of food delivery (cafeteria and lower-level support spaces), as well as, the placement of footings, foundations and decking in preparation for phase two, to be completed in the Spring/Summer of 2022, which would be the erection of the addition, exterior overhang on the egress ramp and installing the permanent hard/landscape. The project was completed August 2022.
